Stefania Capo

Stefania is a painter and mixed media artist currently studying Painting and Drawing at OCAD University. Born in June 2000, she lives in the small town of Kettleby, Canada. Her outgoing and vibrant personality fuels her passion for connecting with others—she thrives in collaborative, creative environments that allow her to grow, stay inspired, and exchange ideas.

 

Rooted in personal experience, Stefania’s work is empathetic, playful and emotionally charged. Her ongoing journey with mental health and her strong appreciation for feminism are central themes in her practice. Through her art, she explores vulnerability, identity, and resilience—creating space for dialogue, connection, and reflection.

 

Stefania’s style is bold, eccentric, and always evolving. While she primarily works with acrylic paint, her practice is grounded in experimentation. She regularly incorporates mixed media and is continuously exploring new techniques and materials to expand her visual language.

Her work invites viewers into a raw and expressive world—one that is deeply personal, yet widely relatable.
